Recruitment in uncertain times

Recruitment success has always been tightly intertwined with the economic state of the world. As recruiting organizations, we are used to being agile and adapting to changes in the market.

But what happens when a pandemic, a European war, and an energy crisis occur simultaneously?

During an hour in March, you are invited to discuss this issue with like-minded industry professionals. Together, we’ll aim to understand the changes in the candidate market through the following questions:

  • What effects do you see on your recruitment, as a result of the uncertainty in the world?
  • What adjustments have you made to adapt to the current candidate market?
  • What long-term effects do you believe the current crisis will have on recruitment strategies?

Let’s set a roadmap for how to embrace the challenges, and grow to succeed in the market that comes after.

Since we want all participants to have room to be heard, and be comfortable sharing experiences, for this event we will select a limited number of attendants. We provide the topics, but it is up to all of us to make the conversation flow.
